By usingNarraScript, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NarraScriptis an AI-powered tool that generates film and TV commentary scripts. You input a movie or show name and select a style; our AI generates a script with narration, visual suggestions, and timing.NarraScript is an assistant for creators — not a replacement for creative judgment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to useNarraScript. Free accounts are limited to the usage quotas stated on our Pricing page.

4. AI-Generated Content

Scripts are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, including factual errors about films, characters, or plot details. Always verify before publishing.NarraScript does not claim ownership of AI-generated scripts — they belong to you. However, you are solely responsible for the content you publish using scripts generated byNarraScript.

5. Fair Use & Copyright

Our style-learning feature extracts publicly available text from YouTube videos to analyze writing patterns. This is intended as fair use for educational and creative purposes. You should not useNarraScript to reproduce copyrighted scripts verbatim or to impersonate specific creators. Respect the original creators whose work inspires you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not useNarraScript to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or promotes violence. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Subscription, Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final.NarraScript provides a digital service that is available immediately upon purchase — once you subscribe, you gain instant access to all paid features including AI script generation, templates, and downloads. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any subscription payment. This includes unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.

We encourage you to evaluateNarraScript thoroughly using the free tier before upgrading. The free tier gives you full access to all features so you can make an informed decision. If you have questions about what's included, contact us before subscribing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI) whose availability is beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

NarraScriptis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: publishing AI-generated content that contains errors, infringement claims from third parties, or loss of revenue from service downtime.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
